What we collect

• Booking details — name, phone number, email, preferred dates and your message, when you submit the appointment form.
• Smile analysis details — your answers to the smile questionnaire and, if you choose to upload one, a photo of your smile.
• Usage data — anonymised analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, buttons clicked), via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel where enabled.

How we use it

• To contact you about the appointment or assessment you requested.
• Smile photos are reviewed only by Dr. Vernica Agarwala for your assessment. They are never published, shared with third parties, or used in marketing without your separate written consent.
• To understand how the website performs and improve it.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (analytics events may be shared with Google and Meta in aggregate or hashed form).

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
• We do not store form submissions in the browser or with third-party form vendors — they are emailed directly to the clinic.

Sharing & processors

Form submissions are delivered to us by our email provider (Resend). Analytics are processed by Google Analytics and Meta where enabled. WhatsApp conversations you initiate are governed by WhatsApp's own terms. These processors receive only the data needed to perform their function.

Retention & your rights

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing drvernicagarwala@gmail.com or calling +91 81411 96667.

Cookies

The site uses cookies only for analytics and advertising measurement, and only when those services are enabled. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the site's core functions — calling, WhatsApp and booking all work cookie-free.
